Starter Decks are products that contain 60 cards from a particular Disney Lorcana Card Set designed to be able to play right away. The cards contained in each Starter Deck are always the same and the characters portrayed on the front cover always appear as foil cards on each box. The rarity breakdown is:

Starter Decks also contain additional materials:
- 11 damage counters (3 big counters for 3 damage, 8 small counters for 1 damage)
- 1 paper playmat
- 1 lore tracker token
