Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Rulings
Cards in the Hand / Deck / Inkwell is treated as private knowledge and the other players do not have knowledge of cards in those places. When a card goes to one of those zones, the card is not treated as the same card, and would be treated as if it were another card.
- When a Character is returned to hand by Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you are able to play the character that was returned to hand via the ability of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo as it would be treated as another card.[1][2]
- If you have shifted a Mickey Mouse - Artful Rogue onto another Mickey Mouse, then play Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo to return Mickey Mouse - Artful Rogue to hand, the entire stack of Mickey Mouse cards go back to hand, then you can play a character of cost 7 or lower, similar to Mickey Mouse - Artful Rogue's cost.[2]
- If you return a Character to hand with Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, but do not wish to play a Character, you can "fail to find" a Character in your hand.[3]
