Judy Hopps - Optimistic Officer Rulings
Judy Hopps - Optimistic Officer's DON'T CALL ME CUTE ability states "When you play this character, you may banish chosen item. Its player draws a card." In order to choose the item, you must commit to banishing the item. If you do not commit to banishing the item, that means the item was never chosen, which in turn results in the player being unable to draw a card.[1]
