Elsa - Spirit of Winter Rulings
- All Rulings:Shift apply to all Shift Characters.
- Elsa - Spirit of Winter does not have to choose Ready characters. She can choose Exerted characters and her DEEP FREEZE ability would apply to them as well, stopping them from being readied in their next turn.[1]
- Characters that have been exerted by her DEEP FREEZE ability can still be readied by Fan the Flames and other similar abilities.[2]
