Aurora - Dreaming Guardian Rulings
All Rulings:Shift apply to all Shift characters. All Rulings:Ward apply to all cards with the Ward Keyword.
- If there are 2 copies of Aurora - Dreaming Guardian in play, their PROTECTIVE EMBRACE Abilities will affect each other and give both copies Ward.[1]
- As long as the actual cost of the Character is 5 or less, Just in Time will make Aurora - Dreaming Guardian free to play as either a Shift Character on top of an Aurora - Regal Princess or directly on her own. [2]
You only choose the "chosen" choice of your ability when the ability is resolving.
- If the active player Tinker Bell - Giant Fairy Challenges and Banishes the opponent's Aurora - Dreaming Guardian, Aurora is banished and put into the Discard pile before any effect resolves. As Aurora is no longer in play, her PROTECTIVE EMBRACE ability will no longer be active and the opponent's other Characters will no longer have Ward. As such, Tinker Bell may use her PUNY PIRATE! ability to deal 2 damage another opponent's character.[3]
- If the active player Mulan - Elite Archer Challenges and Banishes the opponent's Aurora - Dreaming Guardian, Aurora is banished and put into the Discard pile before any effect resolves. As Aurora is no longer in play, her PROTECTIVE EMBRACE ability will no longer be active and the opponent's other Characters will no longer have Ward. As such, Mulan may use her TRIPLE SHOT ability to deal the same amount of damage to up to 2 other chosen characters.
