The Queen - Commanding Presence Rulings
All Rulings:Shift apply to all Shift characters.
- Even if you quest with The Queen - Commanding Presence while the opponent does not have any characters in play, or the opponent does not have a character that can be chosen for the first pert of her WHO IS THE FAIREST? ability, you can still use her ability to give a chosen character +4

- If you have a The Queen - Commanding Presence and a Flounder - Voice of Reason in play, while your opponent has a Mickey Mouse - True Friend and a Maleficent - Sorceress in play, and you choose to use The Queen's WHO IS THE FAIREST? ability, you must first choose an opposing character to -4 for the first part of the ability, meaning you can only choose Mickey Mouse or Maleficent. For the second part of the ability, you may choose any of the 4 characters in play to get +4 .[2]
