Falling Down the Rabbit Hole Rulings
- Even if neither player has Characters in play, you may still play Falling Down the Rabbit Hole. [1]
- Even if only 1 player has Characters in play, you may still play Falling Down the Rabbit Hole. In that situation, only the player who has a character in play will choose a character to be placed into the Inkwell.[2]
