Diablo - Devoted Herald Rulings
- If your opponent plays Let the Storm Rage On and chooses your exerted Diablo - Devoted Herald, Let the Storm Rage on will deal 2 damage to Diablo, then your opponent draws a card. After Let the Storm Rage On is fully resolved, there is a Game State Check where Diablo now has Damage equal to its Willpower and has to be banished. Therefore Diablo was still in play when your opponent drew a card and gets to use his CIRCLE FAR AND WIDE ability, allowing you to draw a card.[1]
