Belle - Strange but Special Rulings
- Belle - Strange but Special READ A BOOK still requires the additional card that you place from your hand into your Inkwell to be inkable.[1][2]
- If you have multiple copies of Belle - Strange but Special in play, each copy can use the READ A BOOK once per turn. For example, if you have two copies of Belle - Strange but Special, you may place 2 extra cards into your Inkwell each turn.[2] However, when you are placing additional Ink via Belle's ability, you must announce that you are using the ability, and specify which Belle is being used for that ability. [3]
For example, you have already added your once per turn ink into the Inkwell, and you have added your second ink that turn using the first copy of Belle - Strange but Special that you have in play currently. If that first copy of Belle leaves play, then you play second copy of Belle - Strange but Special, you will be able to use the ability of that second copy of Belle to add your third ink for that turn into the Inkwell.
