Thomas Dale "Tom" Bancroft is a character designer and veteran Disney animator from California. Bancroft is best known for his work in the Disney Renaissance era of Walt Disney Animation Studios and the creation of the character Mushu. He is the twin brother of Tony Bancroft, who also worked in Disney animation.
