The Queen - Wicked and Vain Rulings
- If the active player uses Freeze to exert the opponent's The Queen - Wicked and Vain, the active player will still be unable to draw a card through her I SUMMON THEE ability as exerting The Queen - Wicked and Vain to draw a card is the cost to use that ability. If another ability Exerts The Queen - Wicked and Vain, neither player will be able to draw the card from I SUMMON THEE. Furthermore, that ability cannot be used by the player who owns The Queen - Wicked and Vain until she is readied.[1]
