Steal from the Rich Rulings
- Genie - Powers Unleashed's PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWER! Ability resolves after you gain the lore from Questing, but still within the Quest window. However, if the player chooses to play Steal from the Rich with that ability, the trigger event for Steal from the Rich ability has already passed and you would not be able to reduce the opponent's lore.[1]
