Jacob Rennaker is an American writer and narrative designer for the Disney Lorcana trading card game.[1] Jacob is the writer for the flavor text of the cards and is in charge of the overall narrative of the card game's storyline materials,[1] including the animated trailers, story arcs, and website short stories.[1][2]
Experience
Rennaker is a Scholar in Residence and Director of the John A. Widtsoe Foundation at the University of Southern California and is a Fellow at Chapman University’s Fish Interfaith Center, with his research specializing in comparative religion and literature. He has worked as a ghostwriter for multiple stories in Hyperspace Media, LLC., as well as writing his own fantasy fiction novels.

- He was part of the writing team that contributed to the card Goofy - Knight for a Day.[3]
