Ryan Miller (Legally known as Ryan Milton) is Ravensburger brand manager and co-designer with Steve Warner for the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game.
Experience
He has over 20 years of experience in Trading Card Games, starting off by judging for Magic the Gathering, then moving on to become a game and product designer working with Wizards of the Coast.[1]
Working on Magic the Gathering, Ryan Miller is credited as being a part of the following teams.
- Commander Decks design team (Specifically the Zedruu deck)
- M13 Set design team
- Future Sight Set design team
- Planechase design team
Ryan Miller is also the lead designer of Duel Masters,[2] which was later on relaunched as Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters in the United States. As the lead designer, he ran teams that designed card sets and helped to create new mechanics and set themes.
Outside of working for Wizards of the Coast, Ryan Miller also worked with Sabertooth Games where he was a designer for the Warcry collectible card game[3] based on Warhammer.
After leaving Wizards of the Coast, Ryan Miller was a freelance game designer, where he worked on multiple games including Top Gun: Plot Twist, Aliens: Bug Hunt and The Princess Bride Adventure Book Game.[4]
He is also credited as the designer of Chrono Clash System card game[5] and the Digimon card game.[6]
