The D23 Expo Mark is a special mark that is included in all cards that were made available at the D23 Expo event.
That includes the cards from the D23 Expo 2022 Collector's Set and the D23 Expo 2022 promotional card. The cards from the D23 Expo will also be available in The First Chapter[1] set which released in Fall 2023, without the foil treatment and D23 Expo Mark.
